Comparing Omega 3.x, 4.x and AdaptiveTheme

on June 11, 2013 - 2:54pm

At a glance, AdaptiveTheme seems to be a quick way to get a Drupal-based, responsive site up and running quickly. It comes with 6 ready-made stylesheets for smartphone, tablet and desktop sizes. As you know, there's no penalty of pixelation when stretching SVGs because they are not based on pixels. They also save a lot of load time on the site, as you can load one vector image instead of half a dozen pixel-based images. Find out how to use SVGs as button backgrounds on Mediacurrent's blog page.
